Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to carefully check the proof copy. Multigain Ltd will print as per the proof if no amendments are made. We cannot accept responsibility if we print an error that you have not picked up on the proof copy.

Minimum booking period is 3 months or a discounted rate for 6 months.

Unless otherwise confirmed, positioning within the publication and index entry will be at the publisher’s discretion. Requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

The index is a free service and the publishers cannot accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions. Multiple insertions dependent on space.

Our credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. First month will be paid up front.

Our designed advertisements remain our property and may not be used in other publications without our prior permission.

All sales agreed over the phone and the information given will provide a legal contract. Each new booking will receive a proof prior to print.

Should you wish to cancel you will be given a cancellation number and you should retain this as proof of cancellation in case of dispute.  Due to deadlines all cancellations must be made by giving 1 months notice eg. December’s advert must be cancelled by 1st November. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.
